The modern workplace is often one where people experience the demand to achieve more with less. This can result in increased stress and lower levels of motivation, engagement and productivity. What new approaches could there be to meet this challenge? Mindfulness is proving an effective answer to that question.

Google, Apple, the NHS, and Transport for London are a few of the organisations who have successfully introduced mindfulness to the workplace.

MINDFULNESS AT WORK PROGRAMME

This programme covers all the key elements of mindfulness in bite-size 1½ hour sessions, in a format adapted for delivery in the workplace.

AIM:

The Mindfulness at Work programme aims to give you the tools to increase your effectiveness and wellbeing at work.

OUTCOMES:

By the end of the programme you will have learned a number of mindfulness tools to help you to:

  • Increase your ability to focus and concentrate
  • Experience increased relaxation, resilience and wellbeing
  • Approach any anxiety in a more effective way
  • Manage your emotions more effectively
  • Be more present to your moment to moment experience and less on ‘autopilot’
  • Access your creativity more easily
